What’s the cost for donation pickup?

We base our charges on the size of your load or how much space your items occupy in our truck. Our service covers labor, sorting, loading, unloading, and transportation of your donations. It’s simple: you donate, we deliver to those who need it most, all while keeping items out of landfills. It’s a win-win for everyone!

Can I get paid for my items?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer payment for items. We specialize in full-service junk removal and offer fee-based Donation pickup instead. If you think your stuff has value, we suggest trying to sell it before reaching out to us for removal.

Can I choose where my donated items go?

We strive to honor requests for specific charities for your donations, but availability may vary based on location and each organization’s acceptance criteria. Nonprofits might refuse donations due to space constraints or surplus of certain items. Typically, donations are sorted and distributed to various locations based on item type.

How large are your trucks?!

Our trucks can hold 36 cubic yards, equivalent to over two full loads from leading national brands! That means fewer trips to donation centers and landfills, less fuel, and a smaller carbon footprint.

What items do you take?

We take a variety of items like furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, exercise gear, tires, and more.

What items are NOT accepted?

Hazardous materials, Fuel/oil, wet paint, construction debris, roofing debris, landscape debris, stone debris, or concrete debris.

How does junk removal work?

Step 2. Arrival
On the day of your appointment, we’ll arrive within your scheduled 2-hour window. We’ll text you when we’re on the way to inform you of our expected arrival time. After a quick walk-through, we’ll give you a free estimate with no hidden fees.
Step 3. Payment is Easy (Cash or Credit Card). We Haul It Away
Once approved, we’ll swiftly remove your items, aiming to donate and recycle them whenever possible.

Can I get a price estimate over the phone?

For the most accurate estimate, we typically prefer to provide a free on-site assessment, especially if you have three items or more. Being on-site allows us to see exactly what’s involved in the job, ensuring we offer you the best price possible. However, if you have three items or less, we can often provide a quote over the phone.

Donations

Giving items a new home is part of our commitment to the environment and keeping them out of the landfill. If your items are in good condition for donation, we’ll include them in our standard pick-up, priced by volume. Our team sorts and processes items after each appointment to find them a new home.
